As the long days of summer roll on, the spirit of collaboration and camaraderie at eCreation comes alive in vibrant gatherings that stretch from the misty mornings of the Philippines to the sun-drenched roof-tops of London and the scenic waterways of Poland. Summer 2025 has been a season of celebration, of our teams, our achievements, and the unique, shared experiences that bind us as an international family. Over the past two months, eCreation colleagues from across the world have stepped away from their screens and deliverables to laugh, converse, and connect, reminding us all that something magical happens when real people come together as real teams.
In this post, we recount three unforgettable summer events, our UK Summer BBQ, a festive Filipino buffet, and a river cruise party in Bydgoszcz, that illustrate how eCreation thrives on bringing people together, celebrating collective success, and, above all, having fun.
June in the UK can be notoriously unpredictable. This year’s company summer BBQ kicked off on a scenic roof-top terrace, high above the city streets, with an early drizzle that threatened to put a dampener on our plans. Yet by midday, clouds parted to reveal glorious sunshine, perfect timing for the feast that awaited our team.
Guests were treated to a mouth-watering spread that had everyone coming back for more, from honey-glazed halloumi sticks, mini gourmet sliders and grilled lobster tails to Janet’s famous roast pork.
Everyone mingled freely, balancing plates and drinks while admiring the panoramic views. Laughter and conversation flowed easily as colleagues sampled Janet’s pork straight off the grill and swapped tips for the perfect margarita.
Against the backdrop of a golden sunset and urban skyline, teams that normally meet over video calls found new connections. By the time the last margarita was poured and the BBQ cooled, everyone agreed: bringing people together, in any weather, fuels the creativity and collaboration that define eCreation.
July in the Philippines often ushers in the rainy season, and this year was no exception. Yet as raindrops tapped gently against the windows of Niu by Vikings, a venue famed for its sumptuous spreads, our Manila-based eCreation family proved that neither clouds nor monsoon winds could dampen spirits.
Between each mouthful, colleagues raised their glasses and toasted to completed sprints, work anniversaries, and the simple joy of working alongside friends.
Seated at long tables, teams found themselves face-to-face rather than screen-to-screen. Newer hires learned first-hand about company values; senior staff heard shared company updates; and everyone swapped life stories, from family traditions to favourite travel spots.
Despite the rain pattering outside, the atmosphere inside was electric. In a place where work often involves tight deadlines and remote logins, this in-person communion served as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do: to ensure quality, drive impact, and share success, together.
As July waned, the eCreation Poland office in Bydgoszcz pulled out all the stops for a summer party unlike any other. The centerpiece? A scenic cruise along the Brda River, whose gentle waters and historic riverbanks provided an idyllic backdrop for networking, brainstorming, and pure relaxation.
Boarding the vintage-style riverboat, guests were greeted with refreshing drinks. As the vessel set off, the city’s baroque façades and lush riverside parks slid by, punctuated by the docks where kayakers and rowers paused to wave hello.
Conversations ranged from upcoming project roadmaps and media supply chain solutions to fond recollections of earlier summer gatherings.
The travel arrangements of our UK management team to and from Bydgoszcz was almost an adventure in itself: planes delayed by air-traffic control, connections across Europe’s railway network, and last-minute car rides. Their arrival, some breathless but all smiles, embodied eCreation’s global spirit. Their presence elevated the event, reinforcing that distance is no barrier to collaboration.
When the riverboat returned to shore at dusk, the sunset painted the water in shades of gold and rose. As team members disembarked, there was a palpable sense of inspiration in the air, proof that stepping outside the office environment can spark fresh ideas and reaffirm why we work so well together.
